MOPS (Mothers OF Preschoolers) is an international organization that deals with the special needs and concerns of these specific mothers. We would like to start a MOPS chapter at Clarks Valley Zion. The organizational committee of Harriet Bull, Crystal Mutzabaugh, Mary Ann Smith and Cheryl Finkenbinder are preparing for the kickoff in the fall. The Official Board has approved and allocated funds for MOPS. The only way this program can proceed is if people are willing to assist with the childcare that is necessary for the meetings. We ask that you prayerfully consider assisting one morning a month for several hours as an investment in these young mothers and their children’s lives. This program will not begin if sufficient help is not found. Thank you for your consideration and please contact any of the organizational committee if interested in helping.
